Delivery
We will ensure that your order is dispatched within 24 hours of placing and an email notification will be sent for your reference.
The delivery to local addresses will take 3 – 5 working days. However, there can be delays during weekends and other statutory holidays.
For international orders, the delivery times will be varied and a shipping cost will be applicable based on the country to be delivered. Our staff will get in touch with you on the process.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 7 days from the order receipt date to exchange your purchase. (the original delivery and handling fees are non refundable).
Defective items should be returned within 7 days from the date of order receipt. All items returned should be in original conditions with all tags attached. The item must not be worn, washed or otherwise used.
In the case a defective garment cannot be exchanged, you are able to select a new garment of the same value or opt for a refund. The refund will be made via bank transfer/deposit to your account provided.
